I was born in Queens, New York, and proudly raised by Ecuadorian immigrant parents. Today, I’m a competitive powerlifter, dedicated personal trainer, and a proud cat, dog, and turtle parent.


I hold a degree in Biological Sciences from CUNY Baruch College, where I gained a strong foundation in scientific principles and developed an appreciation for the importance of critical thinking. This background has deeply influenced my approach as a personal trainer.


Since entering the fitness industry, I’ve committed to continuous learning, investing in top-tier education from organizations like Show Up Fitness, Pre-Script, Compound Performance, and Barbell Medicine. These experiences have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to work with clients ranging in age from 12 to 80, each with unique goals, backgrounds, and levels of training experience.
